Courtney Jaeckle, MA, LPC, is a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor based in Texas, specializing in Christian counseling, chronic illness, trauma, anxiety, and depression for adults aged 18 and older. Her approach integrates a passion for creating healing environments, utilizing outdoor nature therapy, equine therapy, and pet therapy to foster calm and growth.
With advanced training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Courtney is committed to empowering individuals through evidence-based therapeutic techniques. Her practice extends a special focus on serving first responders and veterans, harnessing her empathy and expertise to support those who have dedicated their lives to service.
Courtney’s mission is to to show the love of Christ while providing compassionate, effective counseling that facilitates healing and resilience in her clients' lives.

Christal Mihalo, MS, LPC
Christal is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. She earned a Master of Science degree in Professional Counseling from National-Louis University. She also received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Services from Judson University of Illinois. Christal works with children, teens, and adults who have ongoing challenges with anxiety, depression, trauma, and phase-of-life transitions. With 28 years of clinical experience, her goal is to start encouraging you to see healing and transformation.

Robin Dias
Robin Dias, APRN, FNP-C
Robin Dias is a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care in urgent care and emergency medicine. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from West Coast University in Dallas in 2018 and completed her Master of Science in Nursing, specializing in Family Nurse Practitioner studies, in 2022. Robin currently works at Hunt Regional Urgent Care in Greenville, TX, where she provides essential healthcare to her community.
In addition to her role as an FNP, Robin is pursuing a Post-Master’s Certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at the University of Texas at Arlington, expected in May 2025. She is also excited to be taking on new counseling students under the supervision of New Vine Counseling. However, it’s important to note that Robin is not practicing through New Vine Counseling with her FNP, as this role is separate from her clinical practice.
Originally from Louisville, KY, Robin now calls Greenville, TX, home. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors—whether hiking, kayaking, or simply connecting with nature. She also finds joy in painting, using art as a creative outlet to relax and recharge.

Jordan Heilaman
Jordan Heilaman is a student pursuing a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Nelson University.
Jordan is passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and adults on their journeys toward mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. With a holistic approach to counseling, she focuses on the whole person, empowering clients to achieve meaningful growth with compassion and care. As a Christian, Jordan integrates a biblical perspective with counseling theories and evidence-based techniques. She assists clients facing various challenges, including depression, anxiety, matrescence and postpartum difficulties, major life transitions, grief and loss, self-esteem, boundary-setting, perfectionism, and stress management. Jordan believes her purpose is to walk alongside clients through their greatest struggles, facilitating true healing and transformation. Her goal is to see every client thrive!

A Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) has earned a master’s degree in professional counseling, completed 3,000 supervised counseling hours, and holds a state license. An LPC is a licensed clinician that can diagnose and treat mental health conditions.

We accept most major credit/debit cards. Check with your insurance provider to see if you can use your Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for services.

Some health insurance companies accept superbills for out-of-network providers. Please check with your insurance company to see if out-of-network mental health services are reimbursable under your plan. If so a monthly superbill will be provided to you upon request. You will be responsible for submitting all forms to your insurance carrier.
